Domestic Shipping: Within New Zealand

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We endeavour to get all orders out same day on an overnight courier. Please know that once they leave the Dispensary they are out of our hands and with the courier - but we know you want your products asap so we are trying hard to get them into your hands as quickly as possible!

 You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as we have despatched your order. Please contact us if you have any queries or have not received your tracking number or package as expected.

Rural deliveries can often take 3-4 days even if we have shipped them as 'overnight'. 

International Shipping: Australia, The UK and Europe

Shipping costs for these locations are calculated at checkout. Shipping unfortunately is expensive and we have shipping rates loaded to get your products to you as quickly as possible. However, if you are happy to have a slower service, please contact us and we will provide some other options for you. The expected days to delivery are shown at checkout with the costs for shipping your order to you.

Tariffs, duties, taxes and restrictions on our products have made it difficult for a tiny business like ours to navigate what we need to charge, who is liable for what and what declarations and rules we need to follow to ship to other areas of the world. However, if you are desperate to get your hands on a product of ours, please get in touch. We will endeavour to help where we can.
