New Zealand: We endeavour to get all orders out same day on an overnight courier if your order is received before 10am.

Rural deliveries can often take 3-4 days even if we have shipped them as 'overnight'. 

Cost is $8 for urban delivery and $11 for rural.

International Shipping: Australia, The UK and Europe

Shipping costs for these locations are calculated at checkout.

Australia: 3 - 10 working days. Cost starts at NZ$20.

UK and Europe: Tracked shipping 1 -5 days. Cost starts at NZ$60.

Shipping unfortunately is expensive and we have shipping rates loaded to get your products to you as quickly as possible. However, if you are happy to have a slower service, please contact us and we will provide some other options for you.

 You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as we have despatched your order. Please contact us if you have any queries or have not received your tracking number or package as expected.

Tariffs, duties, taxes and restrictions on our products have made it difficult for a tiny business like ours to navigate what we need to charge, who is liable for what and what declarations and rules we need to follow to ship to other areas of the world. Pilules - 100% sucrose

All our remedies are shipped in 10ml bottles with a dripolator lid for liquid remedies or medicating potencies or as 10g bottles of sugar pillules. All remedies are in pharmaceutical grade, amber glass bottles
